Creating Safe Spaces Around The World For All People

Nukolo House is revolutionizing the way people build community and approach their traditional 9 to 5 work obligation in a post pandemic and newly adopted mindset of working from anywhere. Since the global pandemic COVID-19 the norm has been shifted and we are aligned with that shift. Our operational concept is transforming the very popular hotspot of a coffeeshop into a members club mixed with a co-working community to solve this new issue of non traditional working.

Members' club, co-working community and retail coffeehouse that provides consumers a premium product and exceptional services. The problem is a new norm for how we approach work and networking around the globe. Our solution does more than solve the problem, we have begun to build locations around the globe that are seeing great success.

The value proposition of Nukolo House is that becoming the “only place” for customers, where they can feel at home and at the workplace without bringing those stresses to their actual homes. Our competitors strive to become the "third place" consumers go outside of home and work. In this new market that model is antiquated.

We are a minority owned members' club, co-working community and retail coffeehouse that provides consumers a premium product and exceptional services. Hospitality is our service, coffee and experience are our products. As people seek out safe, hygienic, and private places to work and socialize amid office closures and citywide shutdowns, private members’ clubs stand to be a rare winner on the current hospitality scene.
